Customer Situation
1、Used as standby power with automatically start.
2、Ambient temperature is -15℃ to 40℃, altitude is less than 1000 meters.
3、Genset is installed in basement and environmental installation will be provided.
Solutions
1、Automatic control system is configurated on POWERTEC Genset to work with ATS cabinet in the power distribution room realize genset automatically starting up and provide power when city power is off without any manually intervene.
For higher requirement building, POWERTEC provide 485 interfaces and communication protocol. It will be easy to monitor Genset working status in control room.
2.Genset configuration will be adjusted or some external auxiliary equipment will be added according to practical working environment or working condition. Such as
a. Mounting water heater or oil heater. b. Strengthen air intake to provide enough air for the Genset room which has a small air intake entrance . c. As for the room of air intaking critically insufficient, remote water tank or outer loop cooling tower will be provided.
3、For the Genset is going to be applied in base room, POWERTEC has much experience of hosting, transporting and delivering it to the control room quickly and safely.
4、POWERTEC will provide the most cost-effective environmental project for customer’s genset room according to the actual situation and local regulation. Handing over key to customer when genset room environmental construction is finished.
